Which Shopify data gets backed up?+
The store's entire scope: products, variants, collections, customers, orders, pages, blog posts, menus, metafields and configuration. Associated media (images, files) are captured too.
Where are backups stored?+
Your choice: on a disk you administer or on your own S3 bucket. Data is exported as NDJSON, an open and readable standard — you are never locked into the platform.
What happens if a restore hits a conflict?+
The dry-run detects conflicts before anything is written. You then pick a strategy per data type: skip the existing item, overwrite it, or merge. Nothing changes until you confirm.
Can I migrate one store to another?+
Yes, to any store owned by the same client: staging environment, redesign store, or catalog duplication. ID mapping keeps references consistent (collections, customers, orders).
How is isolation between clients guaranteed?+
The platform is multi-tenant by design: each client gets a hermetic space — separate stores, backups, storage and logs. Only your agency's Super Admin has a global view.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. Plans are monthly, commitment-free and cancellable anytime. Your backups remain exportable even after cancellation.
